As part of our Annual Review of the Comprehensive Plan, we will be accepting applications from citizens interested in changing the Comprehensive Plan and zoning designations of their properties, or the text of the Comprehensive Plan, from Monday, April 13, 2009 until 4:30 PM Friday, May 15, 2009. Pre-application conferences are required, after which the formal map or text amendment application and fees are due by 4:30 pm, Friday, August 14, 2009. The Pre-application Conference fee is $ 500.00; the formal application fees total $8,000.00 (incl SEPA).
The Planning Commission will hold public meetings and hearings to consider these requests in the fall of 2009.
